Gentli Path is currently available through invite access. To request access or help with an invitation, email us with the subject line “Gentli Path Access Request.”

Account access

If you cannot access your account or invitation, email support with the email address you used to sign up. Do not include your password in any support message.

Subscription or billing questions

Paid subscriptions are not currently enabled in this version of Gentli Path. If paid features are introduced in a future app update, subscription access will be handled through the appropriate app store purchase system.

Bug reports

Please include your device type, app version if available, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any screenshot that helps explain the issue.

Privacy and data requests

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@gentlipath.com from the email address connected to your account.

Account and Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Gentli Path account and associated personal information, email support@gentlipath.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Include the email address connected to your account so we can locate and verify the request.

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or accounting purposes. We will delete or de-identify eligible account data as required by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
